Tired of housework

Wish that i sometimes had someone to help with the dishes and cleaning that needs to be done everyday. Im just not in the mood to clean all the time. Is that such a crime? I just feel like when family comes over that my apartment not being spotless all the time should be overlooked by the fact that i um, i don't know, have two kids that constantly tear up things!! Please give me credit for what i am accomplishing instead like holding down a steady job.
